Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify relationships between the parenting and peer acceptance with stress in adolescents. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a negative relationship between parenting and peer acceptance with stress in adolescents.The number of samples in this study were 84 students from junior high school. Data was taken using stress scales in adolescents, the scale of parenting and peer acceptance scale. The study data were analyzed by Regression Analysis Technique and obtained R = 0.13 with F = 0.71 (p> 0.05) which means there is no relationship between parenting and peer acceptance with stress in adolescents.Then the proposed hypothesis is rejected.
