Abstract

Abstract – This study aim to determine the stages of the succession process that will be carried out by the family company PT. Persada Kibar Manunggal in Jepara. This study uses qualitative methods, data from this study were obtained through questionnaires and observations filled by six respondents who have been determined through purposive sampling. Analysis Method Data used is Qualitative Descriptive method using calculation of scale range. The results of this study are PT. Persada Kibar Manunggal will conduct a succession process with four stages, namely: Determination of Basic Values, Development of Potential Successors, Selection Process, Transition Process.
