Abstract

There is a very limited access of reproductive health in Indonesia. The very little chance for education of reproductive health will impact to sexual violence to the women with disabilities . They are also as Indonesian women who have right on information and reproductive health. This research aimed at knowing the fulfillment on information and the right of reproductive health for women with disabilities in Semarang City. This research is a sociological juridical research stressing on analytical descriptive research with primary and secondary data. The method of research is by interviewing women with disabilities, the head of Komunitas Sahabat Difabel, teacher in SLB Hj. Soemiyati, PKBI Semarang City, DP3A Semarang City, Health of Department Semarang City, and Social Department Semarang City. Analysis data is doing with qualitative. The right on information for the women with disabilities in Semarang City has already fulfilled like the obtained of information and communication with the easy media access, the obtained of information facility and communication like sign language, braille, and augmentative communication. While the right on reproductive health for the women with disabilities in Semarang City has not fulfilled yet like not obtained the information like education about reproductive health. The obstacle factors are lack of funds from the government organization, lack of competence of health workers, the society has less supported to the physical defect and there is no action by those who make the rules. There is Non Government Organization in Semarang City which is committed at supporting physical defect by giving information about reproductive health.
