Abstract

This study analyzes the influence reliance on multiple performance measures to Bank Perkreditan Rakyat managers performance with goal difficulty, goal specificity and goal acceptance as moderating variables. Research about managers performance is important considering manager as a strategic decision maker in the company. This study is a replication research of Sholihin et al. (2010). Sholihin et al. (2010) researched in manufactured companies and suggested future research in the service firms. This study answered suggestions from Sholihin et al. (2010) using Bank Perkreditan Rakyat managers. In addition, Sholihin et al. (2010) also suggested adding another moderate variable that is still part of goal setting theory: goal acceptance. The result of this research is reliance on multiple performance measures affect manager performance with goal difficulty, goal specificity and goal acceptance as moderating variables.
