Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficacy dengan burnout pada guru SMA. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan negatif antara self efficacy dengan burnout. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 40 orang guru di SMA Negeri 5 dan SMA Negeri 6 Semarang dengan masa kerja lebih dari 15 tahun. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode proportional random sampling. Untuk mengungkap tingkat burnout digunakan skala burnout, dan untuk mengukur self efficacy pada guru diungkap menggunakan skala self efficacy. Hasil analisis data dengan teknik korelasi Product Moment diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,429 dengan p < 0,01, yang berati ada hubungan negatif antara self efficacy dengan burnout pada guru SMA. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa hipotesis diterima.
