Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Skripsi ini berjudul “Analisis Loyalitas Merek Sabun Cair Biore” dengan permasalahan yaitu bagaimana tanggapan konsumen terhadap faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi untuk memilih merek sabun cair Biore dan bagaimanakah loyalitas konsumen terhadap merek sabun cair Biore. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan masih banyaknya jumlah switcher yang dikarenakan munculnya banyak pesaing sabun cair sejenis di pasaran.
