Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang berupa wawancara dengan sampel sebanyak lima orang terdiri dari pemilik RORIE’S dan empat karyawan sebagai kepala bagian. Penelitian ini membahas tentang kesesuaian yang telah dilakukan RORIE’S dengan teori Staley and Morse. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa a produk massal atas produk atau material tertentu dan flexibilitas operasi dan ongkos tidak langsung yang rendah pada RORIE’S tidak sesuai dengan Teori Staley and Morse
