Data analysis used triangulation, reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The result showed that actual behavior of task-commitment which emerge in the form of active interaction with the environment, such as discussion and learning together with peers, searching for learning and thesis materials; persistence in study at night and spare time; and independence such as doing their tasks independently to test their self-competence. These behaviors appear because driven by goal orientation that is motivation, attitude and faith, also the ability to predict on time graduation. Actual behavior of task-commitment can generate productivity appears in very good, good, and average IPK; also bachelor thesis phase: field research, theoretical review, and proposal phase. Any obstacles such as busy work at school/madrasah and family or personal responsibilities often occurs, but subjects with high task-commitment are still able to do their college tasks very well
