Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan antara Persepsi Terhadap Gaji dengan Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Pengadilan Negeri Karanganyar. Subyek penelitian ini terdiri dari 36 pegawai. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalalah skala Persepsi Terhadap Gaji dan data dokumentasi Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil r 0,418 ( p < 0,01) yang menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan...
