Abstract
This research was made in purpose of knowing the determinant in using SIPKD in Central Java’s region secretariat by using Technology Acceptance Model as the approach to test the Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use against Attitude Toward Using, and also to test the influence of Attitude Toward Using against Behavioral Intention. This research’s sample respondent was extracted from the users of SIPKD in Centra Java’s region secretariat. Analytical technique that was implemented was made using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS as its testing tool. Based on the result of the research and the discussion that has been conducted before, we can conclude that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have positive and significant influence against Attitude Toward Using, which means that if the user’s perception toward the technology, and also the ease of use in using the technology, the user will have more attitude of acceptance toward technology. Furthermore, the test of Attitude Toward Using also play significant positive part towards Behavioral Intention, which describes if the respondent having more good attitude of acceptance against SIPKD, then the behavioral intention likeliness of using it will higher .
