Abstract
"ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh demokratis dan empati terhadap perilaku prososial mahasiswa di Kota Semarang. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yakni adanya hubungan positif antara pola asuh demokratis terhadap perilaku prososial, dan adanya hubungan positif antara empati terhadap perilaku prososial. Subyek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 190 mahasiswa/I di Kota Semarang, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Skala disebarkan melalui google form. Data dianalisis menggunakan korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara pola asuh demokratis terhadap perilaku prososial mahasiswa di Kota Semarang dengan hasil nilai rx1y = 0,32 (sig<0,05). Hipotesis kedua yakni adanya hubungan positif antara empati terhadap perilaku prososial juga diterima, dengan hasil nilai rx2y = 0,65 (sig<0,05).
