Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk menyusun perencanaan bisnis warung kopi yang baik ditinjau dari ilmu manajemen pada aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek operasi, aspek sumber daya manusia, dan aspek keuangan pada bisnis “Ngewarkop”. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan wawancara. Metode pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dan observasi untuk meganalisis potensi pasar dengan metode kualitatif. Kata Kunci : Warung Kopi, Aspek Operasi, Aspek Pemasaran, Aspek SDM, Aspek Keuangan.
