Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya pengaruh antara kompensasi, supervisi dan motivasi yang diterima karyawan terhadap kinerja mereka di Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang mana datanya diambil melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan ke karyawan BPR yang sudah bekerja minimal satu tahun. Sebanyak 54 karyawan berpartisipasi dalam memberikan jawaban untuk kuesioner penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, maka disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi dan supervisi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan motivasi berpengharuh terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to examine the influence of compensation, supervision, and motivation received by employees on their performance at Rural Banks (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat) in the city of Semarang. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to BPR employees who have worked for at least one year. A total of 54 employees participated by providing answers to the research questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that compensation and supervision do not have a significant effect on employee performance, while motivation does have a significant effect on employee performance.
