Abstract

The internship at Graha Edunesia Foundation has a significant and positive effect on students' career decisions by providing practical knowledge and guidance. The text examines the writer's experience at Yayasan Graha Edunesia, highlighting the advantages of internships for business students and illustrating how classroom knowledge is put into practice through practical experience. The internship spanned from August 1, 2023, to January 31, 2024, and encompassed comprehensive training, rotations across many departments, and assignments in primary school teaching, administration, and preschool. The significance of shared responsibility, teamwork, and professional development is highlighted through the writer's role as a Co-Teacher in Eduhouse's English classes. The concerns faced, such as issues in communication and procrastination among teachers, are successfully addressed through suggested remedies. The writer's diligent involvement in studying experienced educators, acquiring remarkable communication skills, and contributing to the assessment and improvement of teaching methods demonstrates commendable practices in the field of education. The Charlotte Mason method emphasizes the importance of observing things directly and carefully choosing words to create detailed narratives, highlighting the vital function of precise language in delivering meaningful portrayals. The writer's internship experience serves as a model for effective teaching methods and professional growth, offering significant insights for educational institutions and organizations engaged in internship programmes.
