Abstract

Se’i babi kusambi khas Kupang merupakan sebuah bisnis yang bergerak di bagian kuliner .melihat besarnya minat terhadap se’i babi kusambi maka membuat peluang yang besar .tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perncanaan bisnis dari se’i babi kusambi khas Kupang di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan 15 sampel dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan.dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Perencanaan bisnis se’i babi kusambi khas Kupang di kota Semarang akan menggunakan aspek pemasaran, aspek operasi, aspek sumber daya manusia, dan aspek keuangan
