Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kecemasan pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) karyawan mebel di Jepara. Karyawan tetap bagian produksi CV. Anugrah Mulia minimal telah bekerja selama 1 tahun, telah berkeluarga dan dapat membaca dan menulis. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 37 karyawan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari skala kecemasan dan skala dukungan sosial, kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan uji statistik korelasi product moment. Hasil uji korelasi Product Moment menghasilkan nilai rxy sebesar -0,436 dengan p < 0,01.
