Abstract

Penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan entrepreneurial marketing dengan kinerja UMKM. Teknik sampel secara purposive pada 30 UMKM dagang pakaian di Semarang. Secara parsial, proactiveness tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM . Innovativeness, opportunity focus, resource leveraging, customer intensity, value creation berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM . Secara simultan, proactiveness, calculated risk-taking, innovativeness, opportunity focus, resource leveraging, customer intensity, value creation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM .
