Abstract

Game is one of the applications in the virtual world of imagination and creativity. It is also strengthened with the game development process there are stages in the development of visual assets (Game Assets Development Phase) includes graphics, visual effects, typography and display interface (interface). These phases are passed when designing and making games "Misfortune ANIMAL RARE". Content of This game is related with is themed animals - endangered animal native to Indonesia. Game "Misfortune ANIMAL RARE" other than intended as an entertainment is also an application to introduce animals rare or endangered species in Indonesia. In the development of visual game design making assets "Misfortune ANIMAL RARE" implement the method symbolic Analogy with taking the basic shape of the object form which shaped more simply without removing the main characteristics of the object. Designing aspects of the visual display includes an image / object, view, composition and layout design / layout is useful as a base in the game's visual development.
