Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji teori - teori dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya mengenai bagaimana pengaruh rasio laporan keuangan terhadap Return Saham. Rasio keuangan yang digunakan adalah Current ratio. Total Asset Turn Over, Debt to Equity ratio, Debt To Asset ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, return On Investment, dan Price to earning ratio. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 30 perusahaan subsektor Real Estate dan Properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
