Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence society adopting M-Tix service technology in the Semarang City community by using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) model as a basis for identifying and explaining factors that can influence a person's decision to use the M service system. -Tix. Data collection was carried out by researchers by distributing offline questionnaires distributed to 100 M-Tix service users. The data analysis technique in this study uses SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 3.2.7. The results of this study are the actual use of someone in using M-Tix services on respondents in Semarang City based on the intention to use, while the intention to behave someone to be able to receive and use M-Tix service technology is influenced by the attitude of respondents to M-Tix service technology and perceived ease. While the attitude of respondents to M-Tix service technology is influenced by the perception of ease and usefulness. In addition, results were also obtained that the perception of the usefulness of M-Tix service technology was influenced by the perception of the ease of using M-Tix services.
