Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the use of money with the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) study in the people of Semarang City. The population used in this study is all the people of Semarang City. This study uses judgment sampling or consideration by taking as many as 200 respondents. The analysis used is in the form of multiple regression using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The conclusion of this study is the perception of risk (PR) of e-money users has a negative effect on the perception of benefits (PU) in using e-money in Semarang City, e-money users' risk perception has a negative effect on user attitudes (ATU) in using e-money in Semarang City, ease of use e-money have a positive effect on the perception of benefits (PU) in using e-money in the city of Semarang. Perception of benefits (PU) has a positive effect on e-money users. (ATU) in using e-money in Semarang City, ease of use e-money have a positive effect on user attitudes (ATU) in using e-money in Semarang City, benefit perception (PU) e-money users have a positive effect on interest in behavior (BIU) using e-money in Semarang City, the attitude of users (ATU) e-money users has a positive influence on interest in behavior (BIU) in using e-money in Semarang City, Interest in behavior in using e-money (BIU) has a positive effect on the actual use of e-money (AU) in Semarang City.
