Abstract

Innovation is something that needs to be done to maintain the sustainability of a business. The innovation that will be carried out in this research is the innovation of variants in organic noodles, this arises because there are still not many variants of organic noodles on the market, as well as to support sales at the place of research. In carrying out this innovation, there are several steps taken, namely Idea Generation, Opportunity Recognition, Idea Evaluation, Development, Commercialization. In the first stage, Idea Generation came up with several ideas for innovation, namely the innovation of variants of coffee, matcha, pumpkin, apples, spices. But at the stage of idea evaluation, the coffee variant idea received a positive reaction from the respondents, so the innovation of coffee noodle organic variants would be produced and commercialized.
