Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs Bakery in Semarang City. In addition, this study is also intended to determine the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation that are owned descriptively. This study took a sample of 30 respondents who were bakery business owners in Semarang City. Data processing methods use validity and reliability test, while the data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processed is obtained from the results of the survey through a questionnaire. Based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted using statistical tests t can be seen that each variable is innovative, proactive, and risk taking has an influence on business performance. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing carried out using the F test indicate that the three variables together have an influence on business performance.
