Abstract

Dog are animals that popular and loved by human. Dogs have activities such as walking, sitting, sleeping, eating or drinking. Some people do not know the activities of dogs, when the dogs are outside the cage. This research project will help dog lovers to find out the dog's activities. Dog activity can be detected through sensors such as sensor gyroscope, ultrasonic, proximity and ESP8266 which are placed in certain locations. After testing to detect dog activity, an analysis using statistical formula is performed by calculating the average and standard deviation to get the range of each dog's movements. The conclusion of this project is to find out the activity of the dog using sensors installed in the dog and in the cage. Keyword: dog, gyrsocope, lilypad, esp8266, proximity
