Abstract

The problem in this project is about inventory. For exporters, it is certainly very difficult to know the inventory of goods that must be prepared every month. If one provides goods inventory, it will hamper the sale of goods. Also the types of goods sold are very varied, making it difficult to see how much inventory must be prepared for one type of item. For this reason, it requires a sales prediction per item. So that it knows the estimated inventory of goods that must be prepared. One of the predictions used is Linear Regression. In addition, statistical calculations are needed to analyze inventory. With these two calculations, it will facilitate decision making for inventory items to be exported. The final result of this project is knowing how accurate the results of predictions are with actual data. Also displays a linear graph to see the results of prediction of inventory and analyze inventory. Keyword: Linear Regression, Statistics, Export
