Abstract

Current technological developments have led to the circulation of many types of smartphones in the community, so that smartphone users are also increasing, and most smartphone users are teenagers. It also raises the habit of playing a smartphone before going to bed. Though the habit of playing a smartphone before going to bed has a negative impact on health such as eye damage, brain fatigue, and nervous disorders. vii The method used to solve the problem is with social campaigns. The main media used is the event that will be held in schools according to the target of high school adolescents. In addition there are supporting media such as interactive booths, Instagram posts, and merchandise, to introduce this social campaign to the target. The design of this social campaign aims as an invitation to avoid the habit of playing smartphones before going to bed, as well as the form of socialization to teenagers to find out the negative effects of playing smartphones before going to bed for health.
