Abstract
This research aims to empirically examine the relationship between work motivation and work discipline of Company X employees in Semarang. The hypothesis stated is that there is a positive relationship between work motivation and work discipline in company X employees. Respondents in this study amounted to 48 people producing Sub Spinning 5 X companies who are still actively working and have worked for more than 3 years. The scale used is the work motivation scale and work discipline scale. The data analysis method used is the Product Moment correlation technique. The analysis shows that there is a positive correlation (rxy = 0.624, p <0.01) between work motivation and work discipline of company X employees, where the higher the work motivation, the higher the work discipline of the employee, and vice versa Keywords: work motivation, work discipline, employees
