Abstract

This research aims to know about empirically the relationship between school climate and bullying. The hypothesis in this research, there is a negative relationship between school climate and bullying at santri in islamic boarding school. This research is done with 66 male santri who still in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. The data collection in this research used two scales, namely adolescent peer relation instrument and school climate scale. The result of data analysis with spearman correlation technique obtained results of rxy= - 0.859 (p < 0.01), which means there is a negative relationship between school climate and bullying at santri in islamic boarding school.
