Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to describe entrepreneurial leadership in entrepreneurs Paradise Karaoke Resto and Bar in Bandungan. This study uses qualitative methods, data from this study were obtained through questionnaires and interviews filled by Paradise employees who have been predetermined through Purposive Sampling. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative method using calculation of scale range. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial leadership from Paradise Karaoke restaurant and Bar entrepreneurs in five dimensions, namely Able to motivate, Achievement Orientated, Persistent, Risk Taking and Visionary, is high, except that the Risk Taking dimension requires improvement to make companies and employees more comfortable at the company.
