Abstract

This study examines the analysis of the ethical influence of auditors, experience, individual morality and organizational commitment to independence (a study of KAP auditors in Semarang. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The sample in the study amounted to 58 auditors. Data analysis technique used is with regression analysis technique to know the influence of auditor ethics, experience, individual morality and organizational commitment to independence. The result of this research is auditor ethics have positive effect on independence, experience influence to independence, individual morality has no effect on independence, organizational commitment have positive effect on independence.
