Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis evaluasi kesuksesan sistem informasi akuntansi pada perusahaan manufaktur di Semarang. Obyek penelitian yang peneliti pilih adalah karyawan perusahaan manufaktur di Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang dioperasikan melalui program AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure). Hasil keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa: Ada pengaruh antara information quality terhadap intention to use. Ada pengaruh antara information quality terhadap user satisfaction. Ada pengaruh antara system quality terhadap intention to use. Ada pengaruh antara system quality terhadap user satisfaction. Ada pengaruh antara service quality terhadap intention to use. Ada pengaruh antara service quality terhadap user satisfaction. Tidak ada pengaruh antara intention to use terhadap user satisfaction. Ada pengaruh antara intention to use terhadap use. Ada pengaruh antara user satisfaction terhadap use. Ada pengaruh antara use terhadap net benefit. Tidak ada pengaruh antara user satisfaction terhadap net benefit.
