Abstract
Central Java has a diverse cultural traditions. For example a tradition to welcome the Dugderan Ramadaan there is a hallmark of this tradition as an icon is Warak Ngendog[1]. The tradition Ruwatan Rambut Gimbal that was in Dieng, Wonosobo is a tradition of the ritual shaving of hair is believed to be able to return the child's personality is generally conducted as hereditary. But in the era of globalization lead to a mindset of its people to forget their own culture and ignoring Indonesia's cultural heritage asset. See the importance of the efforts in heritage preservation then performed with a way that can be introduced and as a medium of instruction, will be a cultural heritage with the theme of cultural traditions through Central Java games mobile. Introduction to the cultural traditions of Central Java is packaged in the media game education. Event-event tradition on the game between another tradition Dugderan, Pengambilan Api Abadi Mrapen, Kirab Kebo Bule, Apeman, Lopisan, Baritan (Sedekah Laut), Ruwatan Rambut Gimbal. Submission of information will be delivered in each event a tradition of animated form information submitted by travel guide. In order not to remove the element of the value of information a tradition in the game “Wisata Budaya Jawa Tengah” in to draw on the display background and asset players or characters describing the characteristic of the tradition. Positive impact of the existence of the game “Wisata Budaya Jawa Tengah” can add insight into the cultural tradition and will foster a sense of love care can engage children of students in maintaining sustainability of areas in Central Java.
