Abstract
Susu kedelai merupakan minuman yang terbuat dari kedelai. Susu kedelai baik dikonsumsi oleh mereka yang alergi susu sapi seperti LActose intolerance dan casein intoleran. Namun susu kedelai memiliki umur simpan yang relatif pendek dan mudah mengeluarkan bau langu jika tidak diproses secara benar.
