Abstract

This research is studying about accounting practices on gold jewelry store in Purwodadi. This research motivated to contributed towards accounting research especially about accounting practices on small business, especially on gold jewelry store. Small business is important because accounting practices related to ideally theory of SAK and important to implemented in small business too. The purpose of this study is to analyze accounting practices on gold jewelry store in Purwodadi. Population in this research are all of on gold jewelry store in Purwodadi. Sample are six on gold jewelry store in Purwodadi, that are: Sumber Jaya, Moro Tresno, Gentong, Surya Kencana, Santoso, and Gatotkaca gold jewelry store. The technique of analysis used are descriptive analysis. From the analysis and discussion we can conclude that: accounting practices in six on gold jewelry store in Purwodadi start from transaction, documentation, classification, conspectus, and accounting reporting are suitable with PABU.
