Abstract

Using a manual system in the corporation or organization in this era, has many disadvantages for the example is no efficiency, wasting time, requires a lot of money, and has more work to do. This is certainly very detrimental for the corporation or the organization itself and if they continue, the corporation or the organization may fall. To avoid that, corporation must make more innovation for efficiency and making more profit, by bring the technology into the company. The purpose of this study is integrating a psychological test information system so the tests are carried out online and integrated with psychologists automatically by computers. By designing applications, it is expected to improve the performance and reducing costs of the Pusat Psikologi Terapan (PPT). This study includes the design of applications using flowchart, use case, and entity relational databases, and mockups and application development that uses the waterfall methodology to get results from application trials to respondents and interviews with psychologists and PPT Unika Soegijapranata staff. The results of this study are web-based DISC personality analysis psychological test applications that are easy to use, useful, and convenient for test participants.
