Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh work family conflict, job insecurity, burnout, job stress, konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention auditor. Penelitian dilakukan pada 8 Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) di Kota Semarang, dengan jumlah sampel 36 auditor. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan PLS (Partial Least Square) untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel eksogen (work family conflict, job insecurity, burnout, job stress, konflik peran) terhadap variabel endogen (kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Work family conflict, job insecurity, burnout, job stress, konflik peran berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Work family conflict, job insecurity, job stress berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. (3) Burnout, konflik peran, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention.
