Abstract
Small and medium enterprise is one of the pillars of economic development. Although SMEs can be categorized as one of the pillars of the economy, but SMEs have various limitations of both human resources, financial resources, technology resources and other things that made it unable to compete with large business groups. Existing data suggest that SMEs in Indonesia contributed to the GDP at current price of more than 50%. To encourage the development of SMEs is the need for commitment lending to MSMEs. SME credit is a loan that has a specific risk. To the bank or institution performing certain incentive schemes need further credit as a reward for lending undertaken. By doing the revitalization of micro-credit and SMEs in Indonesia, it was obvious the development of SME credit showed a significant increase.
