Abstract
Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuisecaraempirikhubungankomunikasi interpersonal atasandanbawahandenganprestasikerja di kalanganMedical Representative PT. X Semarang.Hipotesis yang diajukanpadapenelitianiniadalahbahwaadahubunganpositifantarakomunikasi interpersonal atasandanbawahandenganprestasikerjaMedical Representative di PT. X Semarang.Subjekpenelitianberjumlah 48 Medical Representative PT. X Semarang.Untukmengungkapkomunikasi interpersonal atasandanbawahan, digunakanskalakomunikasi interpersonal atasandanbawahandenganketerbukaan (openness), empati (empathy), dukungan (supportiveness), rasa positif (positiveness) dankesetaraan (equality).UntukmengungkapprestasikerjaMedicalRepresentativedigunakandok umentasisalesMedical Representative PT. X Semarangper-3 bulan. Metodeanalisis data yang digunakanadalahkorelasiProduct Moment Pearson.Berdasarkanhasilujihipotesisdidapatkanr =- 0,014 (p>0,05 ), artinyatidakadahubunganantarakomunikasi interpersonal atasandanbawahandenganprestasikerjaMedical Representative di PT. X Semarang. Hal yang xy membuathasilpenelitianmempunyaitidakadahubunganantaralainadalahintensita spertemuan supervisor danMedicalRepresentativesangatrendah.Kebanyakandarimerekabekerjacenderu ngbekerjasecaraindividual.Dengandemikianhipotesis yang diajukanditolak.
