Abstract

Turnover intention ( TI ) is the tendency or intention of employees to quit work and voluntary work of their own choice . In this study , researchers will try to examine the influence of role conflict , job insecurity , job satisfaction , organizational commitment , role ambiguity, burnout on turnover intention . The purpose of this study was to examine whether role conflict , job insecurity , burnout , role ambiguity and positively influence job satisfaction, organizational commitment negatively affect turnover intention . This research was conducted in Public Accounting Firm ( KAP ) totaled 13 (thirteen ) KAP in Semarang recorded in Indonesian Institute of Accountants ( IAPI ) and is willing to be the subject of research . The difference with previous studies is adding a variable burnout and role ambiguity as an additional variable to the independent variable . The results of this study indicate that role conflict , job satisfaction , burnout , role ambiguity has no effect on turnover intention and job insecurity , organizational commitment positively to turnover intention .
