Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh elemen-elemen ekuitas merek yang meliputi kesadaran merek, persepsi kualitas, asosiasi merek dan loyalitas merek terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Suzuki dari konsumen Suzuki Ertiga pada tahun 2013 di PT. Duta Cemerlang Motor Semarang. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan hasil tidak ada pengaruh persepsi kualitas dan loyalitas merek, serta terdapat pengaruh kesadaran merek dan asosiasi merek terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Suzuki.
