Abstract
Pembuatan sari buah apel mengasilkan banyak limbah residu padat . Limbah apel selain memiliki kandungan serat yang tinggi juga masih mengandung antioksidan, protein dan karbohidrat sehingga berpotensi diolah menjadi serat pangan.
