Penelitian yang berjudul “Analisis Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Layanan Dealer Yamaha Agung “ bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan terhadap 5 variabel kualitas jasa yang diberikan oleh bagian penerimaan (service counter) dan bagian bengkel (mekanik) dealer yamaha agung penggaron.
