Abstract
Perkembangan pesat di Indonesia, mengisyaratkan adanya beberapa permasalahan menarik untuk dicermati. Sekarang ini, jumlah pusat perbelanjaan terus meningkat. Perubahan paradigma produk ke paradigma konsumen telah membawa banyak perubahan manajemen untuk mencapai kemampuan bersaing yang berkelanjutan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner dari 102 responden.
