Abstract
Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan sampel 60 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang dibagikan kepada konsumen JNT Cargo di Ungaran timur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel responsiveness dan empathy tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa aspek tangible, reliability dan assurance lebih berpengaruh pada tingkat kepuasan konsumen.
