Abstract
This research aims to find out customers' perceptions of Embun Senja Coffee and Eatery. To achieve the research objectives, the writer used quantitative methods to collect complete data. A total of 50 questions were distributed to 30 participants using a questionnaire to find out customer perceptions in assessing the atmosphere they felt. Based on the data the average mean is 4.3894 the average of all the mean, showing the respondents agree with the statement given by the writer. Apart from that, the atmosphere packaged in is also processed in such a way as to make customers feel comfortable and want to spent long time in the cafe. From all these things, it can come to the conclusion that, in order to draw in customers, businesses should understand customers’ demands, expectations, and impressions of their experiences. The writer also came to the conclusion that building strong relationships with clients is critical to resulting in an impression that lasts and importance in this particular case, the significance of client interaction which influences the client's personality can result in a favourable impression. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the importance of creating an aesthetically pleasing environment, as demonstrated by the positive relationship that exists between the atmosphere's attractiveness and visitors' satisfaction.
