Abstract
The dam is a barrier that is transverse to the flow of the River in order to accommodate the water. In addition, the dam has a function to elevate the face of river water for it to be intercepted and for water power plants.The system use eclipse to running android emulator, Crontab to manage time for FTP and FTP to upload and download data the dam.
