Abstract

Penelitian “Perencanaan Bisnis Kuliner Mentai Semarang” dilakukan untuk merencanakan bisnis Mentai Semarang yang ditinjau dari berbagai aspek yakni aspek pemasaran, aspek operasional, aspek sumber daya manusia, dan aspek keuangan. Subyek dalam penelitian ini merupakan Konsumen Mentai Semarang berjumlah 30 orang dan Pesaing Mentai Semarang berjumlah 2 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Mentai Semarang layak untuk dijalankan sebagai sebuah bisnis ditinjau dari seluruh aspek
