Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun strategi pengembangan Sprei VITA di Pekalongan. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik Sprei VITA, karyawan dan konsumen Sprei VITA berjumlah 13 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Sprei VITA berada di sel I yang dikendalikan dengan strategi grow and build (tumbuh dan berkembang). Strategi yang digunakan yaitu penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk.
