Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Promosi Sosial Media Instagram pada “Jiwa Mbako”. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari follower sosial media instagram Jiwa Mbako. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner pada follower toko tembakau Jiwa Mbako yang berjumlah 20 orang, kemudian hasil dari penelitian tersebut dianalisis menggunakan skala Likert.
