Abstract
A good and effective communication is very needed in a organization. If there’s no good communication, one organization’s goal won’t be accomplished. A good communication will affect the work motivation of the employees. Based from the explanation above, the purpose of this research is to answer the question how organizational communication climate between owner and employee towards their working motivation at Antara Kata Coffee Talk Semarang. The methodology used in this research is qualitative. Researcher will do a interview, observation, and documentation. The data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. The primary data used in this research is interview data from the informants that were considered relevant and can be used as main source in this research. The secondary data such as reference and documentation in the form of pictures. Communication is a message delivered from communicator to the communicant through verbal or non verbal and there must be a feedback so can be called communication. Organization is a number of individuals who have a certain goals. A communication in a organization isn’t always done within the organization. The communication outside the organization for example, communication using media such as Whatsapp, email, Instagram, telephone, or just communication in person. Miss communication is a problem that often occurs in an organization, because sometimes employees don’t respond properly or actively to the information given by the manager. Communication in an organization is measured from five dimensions of organizational communication which is supportiveness, trust, openness, and the purpose of high working performance.
